Dana M. Greco

Dana has been trained in mediation at the Center for Mediation and Training and is a member of the NYS Council for Divorce Mediation and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in private practice working with families, couples and individuals.  She completed her post-graduate training at The Ackerman Institute for Family Therapy, specializing in family systems and couples treatment.  She is currently an adjunct teacher at Fordham University in the graduate program.  In addition, she developed a network group supporting women managing their families while establishing their career.

She is also a Family Grief Therapist with Memorial Sloan-Kettering Hospital.

Dana currently serves on the Mental Health Professionals Panel for the NYC Appellate Division serving the Family Court and Supreme Court as a Forensic Clinical Social Worker in compliance with court orders and mandates.

She recently published her first book, “Please Don’t Buy Me Ice Cream”, A child’s rules for priceless parenting.  She also developed a documentary, “Motherhood, The First Five Years.”

Donald J. Desroches

Don has been trained in mediation at the Center for Mediation and Training and has several years experience mediating, facilitating and handling negotiations for  small and large groups in organizations of all sizes.  During this time, he has been extremely instrumental in helping individuals formulate, set and achieve goals through problem solving, by building off common ground. He knows communication is essential when identifying each parties' needs in order for the facilitation and mediation process to resolve to a win/win situation .  

He is extremely passionate about improving relationships and helping each party work through differences, coming to an amicable solution everyone feels good about.

For many years, Don has helped people come to the realization that mediation instead of litigation is a much more reasonable route. He has saved clients thousands of dollars in legal fees, by reducing the emotional strain and increasing their ability to communicate amicably for future interactions.
